(1) The government of Nepal will bear the cost of connection of one line telephone installed in the residence of the chief official and the amount required for the bond. The government of Nepal will pay one thousand two hundred rupees per month for the electricity, water and telephone fees installed in his residence.
(2) The Nepal Government will bear the cost of connection of one line telephone connected to the office bearer's residence and the amount required for the bond.
(3) Officers will be given seven hundred rupees per month for electricity, water and telephone charges.
